Staff:
Basic rates for events begin at 30.00 /hr for
first staff member and 25.00/hr for additional staff
members. One staff member required per 25 adults or
per 15 children under 10 years of age. Events costs
vary as much as your event staff needs, so here are
some of the things we take into consideration when
giving you a quote!

holiday events

- Save 10% for booking 2 weeks in advance
- Preparation Time
- Major Holidays include a 50.00 extra charge,
Christmas Day and New Years Eve require 100.00
charge
- 50.00 charge for events continuing after 1
a.m.

Apparel Request:
- Casual/Professional basic attire
- Labor intensive attire for set up/clean up
only
- Full 1950’s style housewife dress (complete
with pearls of course!)
Before/After Party Requests:
- Errands for cake, supplies, guests, etc
- Set up
- Cleaning before and/or after event
- Any other prep work or clean up requested
Other Services Available:
- Custom Cakes by Ivy
- Face painting (25.00 for 1 hour of face
painting)
- Game set up/participation encouragement
- Contest Set Up/Judging
- Dance Contest
- DJ (75.00 per hour)
- Costume Contest
- Invitation Ordering
- Gift Wrapping Services (2.00-5.00 per gift
depending on type of wrapping chosen)
- Adult and/or Children’s craft projects
- Spa services
- Guest Thank You gifts (cost dependent on
client budget, many options available)
- Be creative, come up with your own and put
in a request! We will do our very best to
accommodate your needs!
Holiday:
- Personal Shopping so you can avoid the malls
and crowds!
- Gift Wrapping (2.00-5.00 per gift depending
on type of wrapping chosen)
- Party Planning (varies, call or e mail for a
quote and book further in advance for more
discounts!)
